Services we use to run the website

We use these services to run the website and manage requests:

• GoDaddy / Airo hosts the website and processes form submissions through its Inbox service, with delivery directed to info@reliefcontracting.ca.
• Our email provider helps us receive and respond to your messages.

The website host processes technical information needed to operate and protect the website, including your internet connection address (IP address). Form details and any files you choose to share are processed to deliver your enquiry.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries. These tools use cookies and similar technology to record information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, the website or ad that brought you here, and whether a budget request was sent or a phone or text link was tapped.

We do not send the contents of your form (your name, contact details, photos or message) to Google or Meta. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, manage ad preferences in your Google and Facebook account settings, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Website operation
